• Services:  Provide crisis stabilization & comprehensive M.H. services

• The Urgent Care is open 24/7.
• Crisis Walk-in: 8am – 8pm - 7 days a week.  NOTE: Last intake will be 6pm.
• Accepts ages 13 and over.

• Assessment by nursing staff and psychiatric assessment
• Up to 12 Adults (18 and older) and 6 Adolescents beds (13 to 17yrs) on either a voluntary or involuntary basis.
• Rapid access to mental health assessment, crisis intervention and urgent medication support
• Medi-Cal certified and LPS Designated to write 5150 & 5585.
• Case Management and Linkage to community resources. Social services and Referral. Services for co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Transportation as needed to linked resources and home.
• All insurance accepted, individuals without insurance are also able to receive services. Contact UCC for more information.

• COVID-19 screening questions are being asked before clients come into the building.
• Everyone coming into the facility is having temperatures checked for safety of clients and staff.
• Spacing of chairs on UNITS and CWIC (with 6 ft. distancing).
• Modeling social distancing between staff and clients (with 6 ft. distancing).
• 10 clients total are allowed in the building at a time.
• Cleaning CWIC and UNITS repeatedly throughout the day (surfaces, doorknobs/handles and chairs).
• NEW PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE: Once clients have been brought inside the CWIC, they are brought to the restroom to wash their hands before filling out any paperwork.

• 24-hour security
• Accepts indigent, Medi-cal clients will be referred to their primary psychiatrist.
• Medication refill on a case by case – Meds refills either by prescription or by contacting county pharmacy to be pick up by clt.
• Triage services to psychiatric ER, Shelter Beds, FSP program and MH clinics.
• LPS Designated to accept 5150 holds and evaluated for 5150 No overnight beds.
• Medication evaluation and management
• Medicate as appropriate.
• Ability to give emergency medications.
•  Linkage to community resources /Social services and Referral

Note: Accept Medi-Cal and Indigent Clients. They do not accept private insurance, VA clients, or Out of County Medi-Cal. Do not refer pregnant women, medically compromised, and out of control violent patients.

•  There will be staff and nursing staff on site 24/7.   Psychiatrists are on a 24/7 rotation.
• 2 Lock Units - The Locks units are for transfer from Hospital ER and Law Enforcement
• Adults’ unit 18 years and over - accommodate 14 adults.
• Adolescent unit 12 - 17 years - accommodate 4 adolescents.
• Psychiatrist and medication evaluation, it is best to come between the hours of 7am-6pm. 
• Accepts indigent, Medi-cal, clients will be referred to them.
• Primary psychiatrist
• No overnight beds
• Medicate as appropriate.
• LPS Designated to accept 5150 holds and evaluated for 5150.
• Ability to give emergency medications.
• Linkage to community resources / Social services and Referral

• Operating Hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am- 7pm. Open Holidays. Closed on weekends.
• Psychiatrist on duty Mon.-Fri. 830am-7pm. No weekends.
• Medication evaluation and services available
• Walk-in and referrals serving 18-year-old and over. No appointment necessary
• Medication refill on a case by case - Meds refills by prescription
• Linkage & referrals to services including assistance with obtaining entitlement, community housing, treatment resources, and referrals to appropriate medical services.
• Nourishment available
• Follow up visits or contacts.
• Voluntary program, clients can leave anytime they want.
• Appropriate referrals to other community resources
