New Protocols implemented due to COVID-19:
- COVID-19 screening questions are being asked before clients come into the building.
- Everyone coming into the facility is having temperatures checked for safety of clients and staff.
- Spacing of chairs on UNITS and CWIC (with 6 ft. distancing).
- Modeling social distancing between staff and clients (with 6 ft. distancing).
- 10 clients total are allowed in the building at a time.
- Cleaning CWIC and UNITS repeatedly throughout the day (surfaces, doorknobs/handles and chairs).
- NEW PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE: Once clients have been brought inside the CWIC, they are brought to the restroom to wash their hands before filling out any paperwork.

- Adolescent unit 12 - 17 years - accommodate 4 adolescents.
- Psychiatrist and medication evaluation, it is best to come between the hours of 7am-6pm.

Services: Adults living in and surrounding areas who are having a mental health crisis. This can include people with drug & alcohol problems. Not for people who are under 18, having a medical emergency, or who are a danger to themselves or others. These individuals must go to the Emergency Room. Provide medication prescription and monitoring for the interim period for county clinics that have a 2-3months waiting list for intake and appointment for psychiatrist evaluation. Clients are given a 30-day prescription. No samples or benzos given.
- Operating Hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am- 7pm. Open Holidays. Closed on weekends.
- Psychiatrist on duty Mon.-Fri. 830am-7pm. No weekends.
- Medication evaluation and services available
- Walk-in and referrals serving 18-year-old and over. No appointment necessary
- Medication refill on a case by case - Meds refills by prescription
- Linkage & referrals to services including assistance with obtaining entitlement, community housing, treatment resources, and referrals to appropriate medical services.
